Massage is an age-old health practice, which enhances general well-being in many ways. Today, on-site massage has been adapted to address conditions specific to the modern workplace.

How it works…..…

During on-site massage, the recipient is seated on a specially designed portable massage chair and remains fully-clothed. Massage techniques are used which can easily be given through clothing also there is no disrobing or use of messy oils during chair massage .The session focuses on the upper body – head, neck, shoulders, back and arms. Sessions usually last from 15 to 20 minutes – the length of a typical work break. No private room is required. Instead, the massage can be given at a workstation, in an office, cubicle or any small space such as the corner of a conference or work room.
